  • Understanding the client and Level of requirement. We gather all information about organization with regard to their existing business activities, organization structure, culture and future growth plans.

  • Understanding competencies: Job title, delivery expectation, Roles and Responsibilities, KRA.s, experiences, qualifications, Hierarchy, compensation, and preferred target industries.

  • Search Target Plan- Recruitment team strategize their search based on job specifications and get desired candidates

  • First Shortlist: Based on people mapping, we draw up an initial list of targeted candidates. The most promising of these are presented as a list of people we intend to approach.

  • Evaluation: Once we have developed a mutual agreement in pursuing specific candidates, we contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the positions. We then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match.

  • Evaluation Parameters & process followed: On the basis of job requirement and understanding of the suitability & interest of candidates we further process on competency skills as -

    • Technical
    • Financial
    • Cultural fitment
    • Organizational value system.
    • Mapping of candidates in accordance with job roles and responsibilities.
    • Soft Skills as necessary for the job and the organization.
    • All needs & specification by clients.

  • Interviews: For short listed candidates, we prepare evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. The parameter of evaluation sheet would be as per the job specifications.

  • Reference Check: We conduct a detailed reference check on the candidate the clients wish to hire. The list of referees is shared with the client in advance.

  • Post joining follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition.
